Adoptive mommy's name (or daddy or both)

Date (can be actual reborn date or specify if you want other date)

Time (can be actual reborn time or specify if you want other time)

Weight (I usually put actual, but you can list a specific weight)

Boy, girl or Non-sexed?

Do you want a wig (specify which one) or rooted mohair? (rooted hair is not as durable as a wig if the doll is to be played with; however, rooted hair looks more realistic)

What hair color would you like?

If you want rooted hair, do you want straight, wavy or curley?

What color do you want for the eyes?

Which doll do you want?

Do you want full or partial limbs? (partial are more cuddly, but can't wear short sleeves)

What skin tone do you want?

Do you want a "mommy's brag book" with pictures of the little one?

Do you want a beating heart?  The device is inserted in a chest pocket.

Do you want baby fat for an even softer baby in the tummy, tushie or both?  Keep in mind all dolls come with diapers (may be more difficult to feel baby fat in the tushie)

Is a magnetic pacifier okay? (magnets should not be used around people with pacemakers)

Do you want me to dress the baby or do you have your own outfit?  Most dolls wear 0-3 months clothes. (please specify color of outfit)

Do you want a stuffed animal?  Any preferences on bear, dog, etc.?

Please list any other accessories you want.

Please list the date you would like the doll.  Please note there is a wait list; however, I try to work with all my customers to get them their babies when they need them.
